Store Policies
- All sales are final.
- California residents will be charged an 8.25% state sales tax.
- All items in our store carry a 14-day manufacturer defect warranty unless otherwise noted. All warranties begin at the time of delivery provided by the shipping companies.
- Warranties are voided if products are abused, altered, damaged, skirmished, not in original brand new condition and packaging, or over the warranty period. Improper assembly/disassembly and damages caused by improper general use will also void all warranties.
- There are no additional warranties other than the ones listed on each products' product page. We reserve the rights to update our warranty / return policy without prior notice. - Despite our best efforts to make sure that the prices displayed for our products are accurate and up-to-date, very rarely some items may still be mispriced. In that case, we have the right to cancel all orders made for the mispriced items after we inform you of the pricing error.
- Company name will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of any product(s) that it sells.
- Company name reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Return Policy
- Returns of items, other than for the exchange or refund of DOA / Manufacturer defect products, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please be serious about your purchases.
- All shipping costs are paid to the shipping companies; therefore they can not be refunded.
- Requests for RMA numbers must be made within the warranty period. We will not be able to initiate the warranty-covered return process after the warranty expires.
- In the case where a replacement for a returned item is unavailable, we will contact you and let you choose to either have a refund or switch to a similar item of equal or higher value.
- All returned packages must have valid RMA numbers. Packages without valid RMA numbers will be refused and returned to senders.
- All returned products must be in their original condition with all accessories included and packaged appropriately to avoid physical damage during shipment. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
RMA Procedure
- If your package arrives damaged: Please inspect all contents of your package immediately after its arrival. Please contact one of our customer service representatives immediately. All of your packages are packaged to the best of our ability and insured against damages caused during shipment.
- Manufacturer defects within warranty period: Please contact us at sales@cubeberry.com .
- After you receive a RMA number from us, please write the RMA number on a piece of paper and put it inside of the box, and send the package to 738 W Chestnut Ave, Monrovia, CA 91016

Cubeberry and it's employees will not be responsible for any accident or injury caused by the use or misuse of this item. Bidder will bid only in acceptance of this agreement and agrees to hold Cubeberry and all employees harmless of any such accident or injuries related or unrelated to the use or misuse of this item. No one under the age of 18 should operate any electrical or motorized ride on toy without the direct supervision of an adult. It is further agreed that Cubeberry and it's employees will not be responsible for any cause relating to the workmanship or manufacture of this product resulting in any kind of damage. Buyer accepts all responsibility of the product from the time it is turned over to the shipper. Colors may vary. We do our best to match color requests. Top choices go to first paid buyers. Not responsible for color variances.
